My philosophy is very simple: to help you feel better.
Sure, I want you to have a profound massage experience that impacts your body, mind, and soul. Of course I want you to see and believe how massage can improve your overall health in the face of multiple diseases, disorders and dysfunctions. And I would not be a good therapist if I did not want to show you how effective regular massage is for everyone. But, when it comes right down to it, I just want you to feel better than you did when you walked (or limped…or crawled) through my door. Everyone deserves to feel their best, and massage is a perfect way to do just that!

My name is Stephanie Galver and I have been in practice since March 2011. Since then, I've worked in private practice, a physical therapy clinic, a day spa, and a chiropractic clinic. I returned to private practice in 2020 and now split my time between my office and BPM Physical Therapy Center. My specialties are Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Chair Massage.
Helping people has been my life's focus since I was young. My mom and dad opened their physical therapy clinic in October 1998 and instilled in me the importance of taking care of people, body, mind, and soul. I am proud to have a business that allows me to do that work.
In December of 2010 I graduated from the highly esteemed East-West College of the Healing Arts located in Portland, Oregon. I moved back to Salem after graduation so I could work at my family's physical therapy clinic, BPM Physical Therapy Center, Inc. There, I gained valuable hands-on experience working on patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and dysfunctions. In 2012, I decided I wanted to start working with clients of my very own in addition to the work I did at BPM. I found my private practice home in The Reed Opera House in downtown Salem, OR and spent nearly 7 years there before the opportunity to work with Thornton Chiropractic in Independence, OR came about. I also spent some time working at the lovely La Lumiere Massage Boutique in Salem, OR while working part time at The Reed Opera House.
As the COVID-19 pandemic hit, I felt it was in the best interest of my clients' and my health to cease practicing until the world had straightened out a bit. It resulted in a truly miraculous opportunity to transition my business back to Salem, OR and I felt it was meant to be that I should strike out on my own once again. I was able to make The Liberty Building my home for 4 years before getting the opportunity to move into the lovely office I'm in now. Things really have a way of working out exactly when they're meant to.
As of summer 2026, I returned to working part time at my dad's physical therapy clinic, BPM Physical Therapy Center, so I now spend some afternoons helping out there. If you need physical therapy services, you can reach us at via the website bpmphysicaltherapy.com.
When I am not working, you will find me either enjoying an adventure with friends, entertaining my cat Svedka, writing my own book or reading a good one, keeping my plants alive, or creating a new cosplay.
